Abstract:
The present disclosure relates to a random access method, a random access apparatus and a storage medium. The random access method is applied to a terminal, and comprises: determining the type of a terminal, and a reference signal receiving power (RSRP) threshold value corresponding to the type of the terminal; and performing two-step random access of a random access channel (RACH) on the basis of an RSRP measurement value of the terminal and the RSRP threshold value, wherein the type of the terminal comprises a first type and a second type. By means of the present disclosure, some terminals can normally use two-step random access of an RACH, thereby avoiding power waste of some terminals.
