Abstract:
The present application discloses a random access method, a terminal, an apparatus and a storage medium, for use in avoiding possible congestion during a first random access process of a user terminal, thereby improving resource utilization and reducing access time. The method comprises: acquiring configuration information of random access, the configuration information comprising priority indication information of a first radio resource control connection establishment cause; acquiring a second radio resource control connection establishment cause of a terminal; and executing a random access process according to the second radio resource control connection establishment cause and the priority indication information corresponding to the successfully matched first radio resource control connection establishment cause in the configuration information.
