Abstract:
The present invention mainly relates to the technical field of chemical raw material processing, and provided therein is a rapid air-cooling device for chemically produced raw materials. The rapid air-cooling device for chemical production raw materials comprises a cooling tank; a raw material adding device is provided above the cooling tank, and an air-cooling device is provided in the middle portion of an outer side of the cooling tank; a liquid cooling device is provided on the lower portion of the outer side of the cooling tank, and a heat dissipation device is provided on one side of the cooling tank; a stirring device is provided at the bottom portion of the cooling tank, and a bucket-type tank opening is provided above the cooling tank; a support is provided within the bucket-type tank opening; a raw material discharge pipe is provided at the bottom portion of the cooling tank, and the raw material adding device is placed above of the support and comprises a raw material adding tank; a raw material adding pipe is provided above the raw material adding tank, and a plurality of discharge nozzles are provided at the bottom portion of the raw material adding tank; and the air-cooling device comprises an annular air pipe. The present invention has the following beneficial effects: in the present invention, raw materials may be quickly cooled by means of an air-cooling device, the air-cooling strength is adjustable, and the raw materials may be prevented from flying out while the cooling efficiency is greatly improved.
