Abstract:
A rapid testing apparatus for bearing performance of a bridge girder erection machine, comprising: a dual-layer frame (1), a standard counterweight (2), a distance measurement module (3), an operation module (4), a storage module (5), and a storage battery (6). The distance measurement module (3) comprises a circuit controller (7), a laser emission unit (8), a photoelectric conversion unit (9), a phase recognition unit (10), and a distance calculation unit (11). The standard counterweight (2) is mounted on an upper layer of the frame (1); the distance measurement module (3) is mounted on a lower layer of the frame (1), and used for determining, under the carrying of an overhead travelling crane moving at a constant speed, a real-time distance between the overhead travelling crane and a bridge deck by means of a laser phase change; bearing performance calculation is performed on data of the distance measurement module (3) by using a processor, real-time displacement and bearing performance data are instantly stored by using a cache unit, and the operation module (4) and the storage module (5) are fixed to the top of the distance measurement module (3); and all the devices are powered by the storage battery (6). Also comprised is a bearing performance evaluation method.
