Abstract:
A rare earth permanent magnet material, a preparation method therefor, and an application thereof. The permanent magnet material contains the following components: R: 28.45-33.1 wt%, Ga: >0.35 wt%, Al: 0.08-0.125 wt%, B: 0.835-0.945 wt%, and Fe: 64.2-69.5 wt%, wherein when the permanent magnet material contains Ti, the content of Ti is 0.15-0.26 wt%; when the permanent magnet material contains Zr, the content of Zr is 0.2-0.355 wt%; when the permanent magnet material contains Nb, the content of Nb is 0.19-0.51 wt%; and an R-T-B permanent magnet material does not contain Co. The permanent magnet material has an excellent magnetic properties, a smooth demagnetization curve, is step-less, has a low relative magnetic permeability, and has a good consistency of magnetic performance.
