Abstract:
Provided are a rating method and apparatus. The method comprises: determining a time point, at which rating parameters are not changed any more, within a billing cycle; when it is determined that current time exceeds this time point, acquiring rating parameters at the time point within the billing cycle; rating, according to the rating parameters, a cumulative service usage amount of a terminal device before the time point within the billing cycle; and after it is determined that the cumulative service usage amount of the terminal device before the time point within the billing cycle has been rated, rating, according to the rating parameters, an original bill of the terminal device after the time point within the billing cycle. In the present application, a time node at which rating parameters cannot be changed is set. Before the time node at which the rating parameters cannot be changed, a terminal device only receives an original bill, but does not rate the received original bill, thus avoiding rating the same original bill repeatedly and reducing the resource consumption of a rating apparatus.
