Abstract:
Provided is a raw material drying apparatus for feed processing, comprising a bottom plate (1), a support rod (2), a rectangular housing (3), a connecting rod (4), a feed discharge hopper (5), a top cover (6), a hinge (7), a buckle lock (8), a bottom cover (9), a transmission box (10), a rocker (1001), an air pump (12), a hot air blower (13), a first straight pipe (14), a first flow dividing pipe (15), an air inlet pipe (16), an air inlet cover (17), an activated carbon filtration mesh (18), a sleeve (19), a connecting pipe (20), an exhaust port (21), a second straight pipe (22), a second flow dividing pipe (23) and a uniform air outlet plate (24). The apparatus separates the feed by means of a plurality of uniform outlet plates (24); hot air, when generated by means of the hot air blower (13), is flow-deflected and and flows out by means of a plurality of uniform outlet plates (24), thus the hot air reaches the inside of the raw material, avoiding the problem of accumulation of raw material causing difficulty in drying the inside; at the same time, the hot gas produced by drying is not directly discharged, but its flow is deflected by means of the air pump (12), and can be deflected through the connecting pipe (20) and the sleeve (19), pass over the surface of the air inlet pipe (16), and be heated by the surface of the air inlet pipe (16) and the hot air inside the air inlet pipe (16), such that preheating is achieved, utilization of heat is facilitated, and the effectiveness of use is improved.
