Abstract:
A raw material filtering device for pyromellitic dianhydride production, comprising a box body (1), a first support plate (21), a second support plate (23), a carrying frame (31), a filter screen (3), and an opening (32); wherein the first support plate (21) is fixed on one side of the inner wall of the box body (1); the second support plate (23) is fixed on the side in the box body (1) away from the first support plate (21); a first concave platform (22) is machined on the end of the upper side of the first support plate (21) close to the second support plate (23); a second concave platform is machined on the end of the upper side of the second support plate (23) close to the first support plate (21); two ends of the carrying frame (31) are respectively mounted in the first concave platform (22) and the second concave platform; the filter screen (3) is fixed in the carrying frame (31); the opening (32) is formed in the box body (1) between the first support plate (21) and the second support plate (23), and the end of the carrying frame (31) away from the first support plate (21) and the second support plate (23) is clamped in the opening (32); a pull plate (33) is fixed on the end of the carrying frame (31) away from the interior of the box body (1), and is attached to the outer surface of the box body (1). The device is simple in structure and facilitates filtering impurities in raw materials.
