Abstract:
The objective of the present invention is to provide a raw silk pile weave product and a method for producing the same, wherein, when pile weaving using raw silk, a single-direction twisted yarn made of several raw silk threads that have undergone a sericin-fixing process with a cross-linking agent is used and the raw silk threads are twisted lightly, without being tightened, during the single-direction twisting process, thereby providing a raw silk pile weave product that is free from pile dropout, has good stability and good texture that is inherent to silk, and has superior moisture absorption and desorption. Provided are a raw silk pile weave product and a method for producing the same, which is characterized in that, when pile weaving using raw silk, a pile weave is produced using a single-direction twisted yarn made of several raw silk threads that have undergone a sericin-fixing process, and in that the raw silk threads are twisted loosely and lightly during the single-direction twisting process with consideration given to the texture.
