Abstract:
A method, device and program for controlling transmitting the information to the user terminal, includes that the information sending rules are set at the client side before the client side is closed, then the client side transfers the information sending rules to Web Service, Web Service transmits the received information sending rules to a server, and filtrates the information by using the information sending rules to determine which information should be sent to the user terminal. Then the service re-routes the information related to the information sending rules and sends the information to Web Service, and sends the information to the user terminal finally.
