Abstract:
A reaction cell (1), comprising a container-like cell body (2) and a circular piezoelectric vibrator (3) fixed to the outside lower surface of the cell body (2), the cell body (2) further comprising a circular bottom plate part (2A) and a peripheral wall part (2B) rising from the peripheral edge of the bottom plate part (2A) and surrounding the bottom plate part (2A), wherein the bottom plate part (2A) and the peripheral wall part (2B) are formed of ceramics integrally with each other, a space surrounded by the peripheral wall part (2B) on the bottom plate part (2A) is formed in a solution storage space (4), and the piezoelectric vibrator (3) is stuck on the outside lower surface of the bottom plate part (2A) concentrically with each other.
