Abstract:
The present invention relates to a reaction device provided with the following: a reaction vessel; a solid-catalyst fluidized bed inside said reaction vessel; a dust collector configured so as to collect solid catalyst spewed upwards from the fluidized bed and discharge the collected solid catalyst to the fluidized bed; and a solid-catalyst discharge port provided in a side wall of the reaction vessel. The dust collector is a cyclone dust collector in which two or more cyclones (a first cyclone, a second cyclone, a third cyclone) are connected in series. Each cyclone is provided with a discharge port configured so as to discharge collected solid catalyst to the fluidized bed, and the distance from the discharge port of the last cyclone to the solid-catalyst discharge port of the reaction vessel is shorter than the distance from the discharge port of the first cyclone to the solid-catalyst discharge port of the reaction vessel. The present invention provides a reaction device wherein solid catalyst collected by a dust collector can be smoothly discharged outside a reaction vessel.
