Abstract:
A reaction kettle (1) component for hydrate generation and sample preparation, comprising a reaction kettle (1), a kettle cover (8), a pressure and temperature monitoring device, and an adjustable frequency rotating motor. One side of the reaction kettle (1) is equipped with an air inlet pipeline and an air inlet valve (V2), and the other side is equipped with a liquid inlet pipeline and a liquid inlet valve (V1); small holes are densely distributed on a pipe wall of the air inlet pipeline located at an inner part of the reaction kettle (1); a nano titanium composite coating is coated on inner and outer side surfaces of the reaction kettle (1); the pressure and temperature monitoring device comprises a pressure monitoring gauge (10) and a temperature monitoring gauge (2); the adjustable frequency rotating motor comprises a forward and reverse rotation motor (3) which may rotate forward and backward and a motor frequency modulator (4) connected thereto; the reaction kettle (1) is placed on a stainless steel support (12), and the whole reaction kettle (1) component is placed in a programmable temperature-controlled constant temperature air bath; and the reaction kettle (1) is provided with a vacuum gauge (9).
