Abstract:
In a first step, a blocking solution containing a blocking agent is moved through a containing part for containing a liquid, thereby subjecting the inside of said containing part to a blocking treatment. In a second step, a liquid containing a substance being reacted (a substance being detected) is supplied to the inside of the containing part, exposed to the containing part, and captured in a reaction site in which capturing bodies are immobilized. The second step is performed either next after the first step or simultaneously with the first step.
