Abstract:
A reaction system for refining crude terephthalic acid by hydrogenation, comprising: a hydrogenation reactor, wherein a hydrogen micro-interface generator for dispersing and breaking hydrogen is provided inside the hydrogenation reactor; a side wall of the hydrogenation reactor is in communication with a crude terephthalic acid pipe and a hydrogen inlet pipe, and the hydrogen inlet pipe passes through the side wall of the hydrogenation reactor and enters the interior of the hydrogen micro-interface generator; purified terephthalic acid, the product obtained after the reaction in the hydrogenation reactor successively enters a crystallization tower, a centrifugal separator and a dryer, and solid purified terephthalic acid is finally formed and enters a collection tank. The reaction system of the present invention substantially improves the mass transfer rate of the gas-phase to reaction solution and the macroscopic hydrogenation rate, and thus can reduce the original reaction pressure, reaction temperature and catalyst usage, thereby improving the reaction efficiency.
