Abstract:
The invention relates to a reaction vessel, particularly to a reaction vessel
for cracking waste tyres and plastic. It includes a reaction cylinder (1), characterized
in that: a funnel-shaped discharge bucket (2) is provided on inner side of the
reaction cylinder at the end of the discharge port, a pivot gate (4) is supported
on the reaction cylinder (1) at the outlet of the discharge bucket (2), and is connected
to a drive mechanism. All of the material inside the pivot gate (4) can be heated
effectively during operation such that the material can be reacted completely
after being heated, and the funnel-shaped discharge bucket (2) also facilitates
the discharge of the material such that a dead zone is not formed therein, thus
high productivity and superior quality of the products can be ensured.
