Abstract:
The present invention provides a reactive oxygen production inhibitor and/or scavenging promoter, and relates to a reactive oxygen production inhibitor and/or scavenging promoter that contains, as an active ingredient, a peptide having a histidine-rich sequence. The histidine-rich sequence is an amino acid sequence specified by any one or more of the following SEQ ID NOs: 2 to 8.
