Abstract:
A ready-to-eat porridge food includes glucomannan, rich protein-containing materials and rich starch-containing materials. The said materials are dry solid state, and the rich protein-containing and rich starch-containing materials are subjected to be puffed. The porridge food also includes the nutrient and healthy substances in nature besides the said materials and seasonings for improving taste. This invention also disclosed the preparation method of the porridge food.
