A reagent chamber structure, comprising: a reagent disk body (100) and a driving device (3), the driving device (3) being used to drive a rotating shaft (8) of the reagent disk body (100) to rotate; the reagent disk body (100) comprises: a base plate (4), a disk cover (1), a turntable (2), and a shaking mechanism (6); the turntable (2) and the shaking mechanism (6) are both disposed within a cavity between the base plate (4) and the disk cover (1); the shaking mechanism (6) is disposed on the base plate (4), and the turntable (2) is disposed above the shaking mechanism (6); the driving device (3) drives the rotating shaft (8) to rotate and the turntable (2) followingly rotates; the turntable (2) is provided thereon with a loading hole (22) used for placing reagent bottles (9, 10) and a magnetic bead bottle (11), the magnetic bead bottle (11) being movably mounted within the loading hole (22); when the turntable (2) rotates, the shaking mechanism (6) synchronously drives the magnetic bead bottle (11) to rotate. The reagent chamber structure evenly shakes magnetic beads, which effectively saves the layout space of the entire machine, facilitates the miniaturization of a device, and enables the temperature within the reagent disk to be constant at 2-8℃ by means of a cooling and heat dissipation assembly, thereby improving the accuracy and stability of a detection result.
