Abstract:
Provided are a real estate picture verification method and apparatus, a computer device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: receiving a real estate picture verification request, wherein the real estate picture verification request comprises a real estate picture to be verified and real estate information to be verified, said real estate picture comprises a digital watermark, and the digital watermark comprises position information of said real estate picture when being photographed (S201); retrieving a preset database according to said real estate information to obtain the actual position of a real estate to be verified; extracting the position information in the digital watermark (S203); comparing whether the position information is consistent with the actual position or not (S204); and if the position information is consistent with the actual position, determining that the real estate picture passes verification (S205). The auditing efficiency of the real estate picture is improved, and the fraud loss caused by photo counterfeiting is reduced.
