Abstract:
A real-time adjustment apparatus for broadening and thickening of an impregnated fiber bundle, comprising a broadening and thickening adjustment mechanism (2) and a width measurement laser mechanism (3). The broadening and thickening adjustment mechanism (2) is arranged below a filament guide head (4), and is pushed by a cylinder to move up and down to implement position-limited thickening adjustment. The broadening and thickening adjustment mechanism (2) is provided with a concave roller (203) and a convex roller (204) arranged up and down, and the position of the convex roller (204) is fixed. A fiber passes through a space between the concave roller (203) and the convex roller (204), so that fiber broadening adjustment can be implemented by controlling an up-and-down position of the concave roller (203). The width measurement laser mechanism (3) is arranged between the filament guide head (4) and a front workpiece, an emission head of a width measurement laser emitter (304) in the width measurement laser mechanism (3) faces the fiber to measure the width of the fiber in real time and feed back a measurement result to a control system, and an error between the measurement result and a set value is further calculated according to broadening to adjust the position of the convex roller (204), thereby adjusting the width of a filament bundle. The apparatus is suitable for a filament guide head of an infiltration and winding integrated device, and can set the width and thickness of the fiber according to requirements on a winding member, thereby improving the flexibility of implementation solution of the winding member.
