Abstract:
Disclosed in the present invention are an online alarm tracing apparatus and method in a process industry production procedure. The method comprises: an offline technological model construction apparatus constructing an offline technological model; an online alarm tracing apparatus and a real-time alarm collection unit collecting tag number data and procedure alarm data; a detecting and trigger unit detecting alarm flooding information and generating an alarm flooding event; an alarm tracing unit receiving the alarm flooding event, calling an alarm tracing model construction unit to acquire a tracing model, and then performing alarm tracing; and the alarm tracing model construction unit constructing and outputting alarm tracing model data. By means of the present invention, real-time and automatic alarm tracing can be realized, when alarm flooding is detected, an alarm source of the present instance of alarm flooding can be provided for an operator immediately, thereby assisting the operator in performing fault handling faster and better.
