Abstract:
The present invention relates to a real-time PCR kit that is capable of detecting hepatitis E virus (HEV), and a real-time PCR kit according to the present invention can detect hepatitis E virus (HEV) that is present at a low concentration, from food, with high sensitivity and specificity.
