Abstract:
The present invention relates to a rear-mounted dual-channel abrasive jet slotting device, which belongs to the field of pressure relief and permeability enhancement of coal seams. The device mainly comprises an ultrahigh-pressure clean water pump, an ultrahigh-pressure hose, an ultrahigh-pressure rotary water switcher, an abrasive pumping device, an abrasive rotary sealing water switcher, a dual-channel sealing drill rod, and a dual-channel slotting device. The ultrahigh-pressure clean water pump provides a jet power source, and the ultrahigh-pressure hose, the ultrahigh-pressure rotary water switcher, and the dual-channel sealing drill rod ensure safe conveying of high-pressure water; and the abrasive pumping device, the abrasive rotary sealing water switcher, the dual-channel sealing drill rod, and the dual-channel slotting device form a channel for adding sand into an abrasive, so that the separated dual-channel supply of high-pressure water conveying and abrasive conveying is realized. According to the creative invention, the dual-channel abrasive jet slotting device avoids the abrasion on the high-pressure hose and a drilling tool during the process of mixing and conveying the abrasive and the high-pressure water. In addition, the on-way pressure loss of the high-pressure water is avoided, the coal breaking capacity of high-pressure water jet slotting is significantly improved, and the service life of the apparatus is prolonged.
