Abstract:
Provided are recombinant Lactococcus lactis, a microcapsule and the use thereof, which belong to the technical field of genetic engineering. A first fusion gene or second fusion gene is inserted into PNZ8149 by means of using PNZ8149 as a basic vector, wherein the first fusion gene comprises signal peptide SPusp45, probiotic LEISS, enterokinase recognition site DDDDK and human ethanol dehydrogenase connected in series in sequence, and the second fusion gene comprises signal peptide SPusp45, probiotic LEISS, enterokinase recognition site DDDDK and human acetaldehyde dehydrogenase connected in series in sequence. A target enzyme is used to separate the signal peptide sequence SPusp45 and the LEISS sequence from a fusion protein by means of enzyme digestion under the action of endogenous enterokinase in the intestine, and at the same time, free ethanol dehydrogenase or acetaldehyde dehydrogenase is released, and the released ethanol dehydrogenase or acetaldehyde dehydrogenase can decompose ethanol.
