Abstract:
Recombinant proteins derived from HCV NS5B which have an amino acid sequence derived from the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2 by substitution or deletion at least at one of the amino acids at the 18-, 191-, 274-, 276- and 502-positions or an amino acid sequence derived from the above amino acid sequence by substitution, deletion or insertion of one or more amino acids.
