Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant strain for producing 2'-fucosyllactose, a construction method, and use, and pertains to the technical field of genetic engineering. The recombinant strain and the construction method therefor provided by the present invention are characterized in that the setA gene is subjected to in-situ overexpression by means of gene editing. The recombinant strain provided by the present invention can further comprise beneficial gene editing of a coding gene for a de novo synthesis pathway related enzyme of 2'-fucosyllactose, a coding gene for a remedial pathway related enzyme of 2'-fucosyllactose, a lactose lac operon sequence, and a coding gene for a synthesis precursor degradation related enzyme of 2'-fucosyllactose. With the recombinant strain provided by the present invention, a higher 2'-fucosyllactose yield is obtained by means of in-situ overexpression of the setA gene than by means of overexpression of a setA gene plasmid.
