Abstract:
The present invention relates to a recombinant vector for improving the expression of a protein of interest, the recombinant vector comprising a first gene construct containing a gene encoding a material for blocking or suppressing the activation of the stimulator of interferon genes (STING) pathway in host cells, thereby improving the expression of a protein of interest via the suppression of STING pathway activation in the host cells, and improving the survival rate of the host cells.
