The recommendation method comprises: in response to a user request at a time t, generating an item recommendation ranking for a user according to a policy network (201); obtaining experience at the time t according to a feedback result of the user for the item recommendation ranking (202); summarizing the experience at the time t of each user to a global experience pool (203); and obtaining an updated policy network according to the experience in the global experience pool (204).
