Abstract:

A recording device includes: an encryption/decryption unit for encrypting a first and a second content requested from the same content by using a first and a second key, respectively and outputting the encryption results as a first and a second encrypted content, respectively; and a recording medium. The encryption/decryption unit encrypts the first and the second key by using the second and the first key, respectively and outputs the encryption results as the first and the second encrypted key to the recording medium. The recording medium contains the first and the second encrypted content and the first and the second encrypted key.
