Abstract:
A recording pen comprises a pen rod (1) and a pen nib (2). The pen rod (1) is connected to the pen nib (2), and a refill (20) with a writing end is arranged in the pen nib (2). A recording apparatus (3) is arranged in the pen rod (1). The recording apparatus (3) comprises a circuit board (30). A touch switch (32) is arranged on the circuit board (30), and can make the recording apparatus start recording when being pressed. A cavity (140) is arranged inside the pen rod (1). The circuit board (30) of the recording apparatus (3) is inserted into the cavity (140) from one end of the cavity (140), and the refill (20) in the pen nib (2) is inserted into the cavity (140) from the other end of the cavity (140). The touch switch (32) is adjacent to the pen nib (20). An end part of the pen nib (20) in the cavity (140) contacts with the touch switch (32) of the recording apparatus when the pen nib (2) is rotated. When one end of the refill (20) of the recording pen presses the touch switch (32), the recording apparatus starts recording. When the end of the refill (20) releases the touch switch (32), the record apparatus stops recording. After the recording apparatus is loaded into the pen rod (1), the recording pen becomes similar to a common writing pen in shape, is suitable for carrying, and can be used for recording and writing. No button needs to be arranged on the pen rod to control recording, which makes the structure simple.
