Abstract:
The invention relates to a recovery method for a waste polyester material, in particular to a method for preparing dimethyl terephthalate (DMT) by recycling using a chemical method, belonging to the technical field of recovering waste polyesters. The processes of continuous feeding, continuous alcoholysis and continuous transesterification are used to enable homogeneous alcoholysis of materials in the molten state, and the required alcoholysis time is short. Two or more alcoholysis kettles are used in series for continuous alcoholysis, the quality of the alcoholyzate product is stable, and the alcoholysis products continuously enter the transesterification kettles for a continuous transesterification reaction. EG produced by the transesterification reaction can also be recycled during the alcoholysis step, thereby avoiding the occurrence of side reactions and the unstable quality of the transesterification product, and greatly improving the purity and yield of the product recovered from the waste polyester.
