Abstract:
A rectangular-section bead ring winding device, comprising a wire arrangement and wire feeding device (1), a winding device (2) and a moving device (3). The winding device comprises a winding disc (21). The wire arrangement and wire feeding device comprises a wire feeding mechanism (11), a wire arrangement mechanism (12), a wire clamping mechanism (13) and a wire cutting mechanism (14), the wire arrangement mechanism comprising a wire arrangement wheel (121) and a wire arrangement wheel air cylinder (121a) and the wire arrangement wheel air cylinder being used for driving the wire arrangement wheel to be pressed on steel wires. The moving device can drive the wire arrangement and wire feeding device to get close to or away from the winding disc in a tangential direction of the winding disc. The rectangular-section bead ring winding device can achieve movements of the wire arrangement and wire feeding device by means of the moving device, so that the position of the wire arrangement wheel can be adjusted to make same a certain distance away from the winding disc, thus avoiding interference between the wire arrangement wheel and side walls of a rectangular groove.
