Abstract:
Provided are a rectifier circuit, an apparatus and a method. The rectifier circuit comprises: a number M of rectifier units, M being an integer greater than or equal to 2; an nth rectification unit comprises: a first switch tube, a second switch tube and a bias circuit, conduction conditions of the first switch tube and the second switch tube being different, and n being an integer greater than or equal to 1 and less than or equal to M; a control end of the first switch tube in the nth rectification unit is driven by a first voltage generated by the bias circuit in the (n-i)th rectification unit, and the control end of the second switch tube in the nth rectification unit is driven by a second voltage generated by the bias circuit in the (n+j)th rectification unit, i being an integer greater than or equal to 0, j being an integer greater than or equal to 0, n-i being greater than 0, and n+j being less than or equal to M; the rectification circuit can effectively improve energy conversion efficiency.
