Abstract:

The invention relates to organic chemistry and heat-mass-exchange engineering and can be used for producing wetting agents for oil production, detergents, anticeptic and disinfecting agents. The inventive rectifying plant consists of a rectification column (1), a vacuum film evaporator (4), an initial mixture container (7), a final product collecting tank (5), a heating unit (6) and a device for supplying the initial mixture and reflux to the rectification column. A metal tube (3) is arranged in the still (2) of the rectification column (1) in such a way that the lower end thereof is connected to the initial mixture supply device, the top end being arranged above a still liquor level. The top chamber of the film evaporator (4) is connected to the initial mixture container (7) and to a vacuum system, and the lower part thereof is connected to the device for supplying the initial mixture to the column (1). The separation of low-boiling impurities such as water, dimethylamine etc is carried out in the film evaporator (4). The mixture is supplied to the still (2) of the column (1) through the metal tube (3). Said mixture is heated by the still liquor and starts to boil during the passage thereof through the tube. Said invention makes it possible to produce a final product whose target narrow fraction purity is equal to or higher than 90 mass %, to control the component ratio of said product, increase the performance and to improve the production reliability and the economical efficiency. Said plant is embodied in a simple and small-size form.
