Disclosed is a recumbent-type swing, comprising: a protective pad, which is used for supporting a user; and a fixing device, which is provided on the protective pad. One end of a suspension cord is fixed to a suspension point, and the other end thereof is connected to the protective pad and/or the fixing device so as to suspend the protective pad. A suspension assembly comprises connecting strips, wherein a plurality of the connecting strips are provided, one end of the plurality of connecting strips is connected to one another and connected to the suspension cord, and the other end of the plurality of connecting strips is separately connected to the protective pad and/or the fixing device so as to form a plurality of stress points. The user has a recumbent posture on the protective pad when the protective pad is in a suspended state; and when in use, the present invention suspends the user by holding the user's chest and abdomen in place and then seeking a support point on the back of the user. As such, a safety structure that prevents a user from flying out due to inertia and a support structure for the user can be the same structure, that is, the better the support effect for the user, the better the safety of the present invention.
