Abstract:
A recyclable environmentally-friendly TPU foamed synthetic leather and a preparation process therefor. The process comprises the following steps: preparing a TPU foamed layer having a thickness of 0.5-1.5 mm by using a supercritical CO2 continuous extrusion foaming casting process; by using an extrusion-casting process, melting, plasticizing, and extruding a high-temperature TPU resin and casting same on the TPU foamed layer to form a high-temperature TPU surface layer having a thickness of 0.1-0.25 mm, and then laminating the two layers together by means of roller pressure to form a foamed TPU composite layer; and performing hot-melt adhesion on the TPU foamed layer in the foamed TPU composite layer and a base fabric layer by means of hot-press lamination or online hot-melt adhesive film extrusion and casting, thereby obtaining the recyclable environmentally-friendly TPU foamed synthetic leather. The TPU foamed synthetic leather prepared by using TPU continuous extrusion foaming and solvent-free hot-melt adhesion compounding is recyclable, and has the features of low density, softness, high strength, good resilience, yellowing resistance and the like.
