Abstract:
A reducing agent evaporation and mixing system for a marine diesel engine SCR system. A reducing agent in a reducing agent storage tank (1) is conveyed to a metering unit (3) by means of a reducing agent pump (2), and then injected into a diesel engine exhaust manifold (5) by means of an injection unit (4); moreover, an injection process of an SCR reducing agent is directly related to a running state of the diesel engine; the injection amount of the reducing agent is adjusted along with the real-time running state of the diesel engine; exhaust gas in the exhaust manifold has the characteristics of a high temperature and a large gas volume, and can fully cause evaporation and thermal decomposition of the injected reducing agent; in addition, because the volume of the exhaust manifold (5) is large, the retention time of the reducing agent in the exhaust manifold (5) can be effectively prolonged, so that the reducing agent is mixed with the exhaust gas. The system has the characteristics of a simple technical route, high efficiency, less equipment and low costs, etc. Also provided is a reducing agent evaporation, mixing and supply method for a marine diesel engine SCR system.
