Abstract:
The present invention provides a configuration which makes it possible that in a reel member for taking up and paying out a long adhesive film, the adhesive film is smoothly paid out by preventing deflection of a flange outer periphery due to the own weight of the reel member.
This reel member (1) is provided with: a winding core shaft portion (2) which is formed in a cylindrical shape and is able to take up an adhesive film, and first and second flange portions (11, 12) which are provided at both ends of the winding core shaft portion (2) and formed such that opposite inner surfaces (11a, 12a) are parallel to each other. A reinforced portion (3) with a constant thickness is provided near the winding core shaft portion (2) in each of the first and second flange portions (11, 12), and a weight-reduced portion (4) which is formed such that the thickness thereof is smaller than the thickness of the reinforced portion (3) is provided in the outer section of each of the first and second flange portions (11, 12) and the section on the flange outer peripheral side from the reinforced portion (3).
