Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are a reference signal determination method and apparatus, and a terminal. The method comprises: according to a cell conversion indication and/or a reference signal validity indication, determining that a reference signal is valid, such that according to the cell conversion indication and/or the reference signal validity indication, a terminal can determine that the reference signal is valid, which is beneficial to ensuring downlink time-frequency synchronization.
