Abstract:
Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a reference signal transmitting method and apparatus. The method comprises: receiving reference signal parameters, the reference signal parameters at least comprising the number P of ports of a reference signal and a modulation coding scheme of the reference signal, and the number P of ports of the reference signal being determined according to the modulation coding scheme; and receiving the reference signal according to the reference signal parameters. The problem that in the related art, channel estimation is performed by demodulating a reference signal and when transmitted modulated information is demodulated on an estimated channel, there is excessive reference signal demodulation overhead can be solved.
