Abstract:
A reference test block for phased array ultrasonic detection of a small-diameter pipe welding connector, comprising an upper block, a lower block, and side blocks located at the right sides of the upper block and the lower block. The top surface of the upper block is an upper detection surface (1), the bottom surface of the lower block is a lower detection surface (2); a vertical reflecting body IV (11) is provided on the upper block; the lower block is provided with, from left to right, an analog component III (7), an analog component II (6), and an analog component I (5) which have gradually increased heights and are distributed in a stepped manner; vertical reflecting body III (71), reflecting body II (61) and reflecting body I (51) are respectively provided on the analog component III (7), the analog component II (6), and the analog component I (5).
