Abstract:
The present invention is a reflect array 1 for which it is possible to set a reflection angle for electric waves that is an angle other than specular reflection, the reflect array 1 comprising a plurality of arranged cells 10. Each of the plurality of cells 10 has at least two main resonant elements 21, 22 and one parasitic resonance element 30 joined with the at least two main resonant elements 21, 22. The parasitic resonance element 30 is capable of adjusting resonance frequency, and by joining with the at least two adjacent main resonant elements 21, 22 and adjusting the resonance frequency of the main resonant elements 21, 22, adjusts the reflection phase of the reflect array surface.
