Abstract:
The present application provides a reflective material mold having a flat-topped microprism array and a preparation method therefor, and a reflective film having a flat-topped microprism array and a preparation method therefor. The reflective material mold has a region formed by unit flat-topped microprism arrays, and side surfaces of unit flat-topped microprisms are trapezoidal. The present application comprises: calculating planing parameters, carrying out simulation, pre-treating a substrate to reduce the roughness thereof, planing along a first direction, planing along a second direction after planing in the first direction is completed, and planing along a third direction after planing in the second direction is completed, so as to obtain a reflective material mold having a flat-topped microprism array. The preparation method solves the technical problem in the existing technology that when a mold is being prepared, replacing different V-shaped knives is required for different planing directions or planing must be alternated in different directions which thereby leads to a cumbersome preparation process.
