Abstract:
The present invention includes: a base that transmits first electromagnetic waves having a first wavelength range; and a reflection layer that reflects second electromagnetic waves having a second wavelength range and transmits the first electromagnetic waves. The base is characterized in that: a region is formed in which a lateral cross-section forms an endless shape so as to surround an electromagnetic wave radiation source that radiates electromagnetic waves; and from among the electromagnetic waves radiated from the electromagnetic wave radiation source, the second electromagnetic waves are reflected, by the reflection layer, to a higher order within the inner circumferential surface of the base, thereby increasing the density of the second electromagnetic waves.
