Title:
REFLOW FURNACE AND HOT-AIR BLOWING-TYPE HEATER
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2005/065876
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
[PROBLEMS] A reflow furnace using a conventional hot-air blowing-type heater has a problem in reducing &Dgr t and in stabilizing an oxygen concentration at a low state. Further, in a conventional hot-air blowing-type heater, uniformly blowing hot air from blowing holes in a hole plate is difficult. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The total area of blowing holes per unit area of a hole plate, in which the blowing holes are formed, of a hot-air blowing-type heater installed in a main heating zone is 1.5 to 5 times that of blowing holes per unit area of a hole plate, in which the blowing holes are formed, of a hot-air blowing-type heater installed in a preliminary heating zone. A body of a hot-air blowing-type heater is partitioned into three chambers by partition walls, and the area of blowing sections on both sides is greater than the area of a sucking section in the middle.
