Disclosed are a refrigerating chamber and a refrigerator with same, wherein the refrigerating chamber comprises: an inner container (1), an L-shaped area light source assembly (7) forming an air channel with the inner container (1), an air channel cover plate (5) arranged in the air channel, with a first accommodating space being formed between the air channel cover plate (5) and the inner container (1), a shelf fixing member (3) arranged in the first accommodating space and a shelf (9) detachably connected to the shelf fixing member (3).
