Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing apparatus and a defrosting control method therefor. The refrigerating and freezing apparatus comprises a first storage compartment, and a semiconductor refrigeration system used for adjusting the temperature of the first storage compartment; the semiconductor refrigeration system comprises a semiconductor refrigeration sheet having a hot end and a cold end, and a cold heat exchanger connected to the cold end; the cold heat exchanger is configured to provide a cooling capacity to the first storage compartment; and the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is configured to release heat at the hot end and absorb the heat at the cold end when a forward voltage is inputted thereto, and is configured to absorb the heat at the hot end and release the heat at the cold end when a reverse voltage is inputted thereto. The control method comprises: acquiring a trigger signal for starting defrosting of a cold heat exchanger; inputting a first reverse voltage to a semiconductor refrigeration sheet after the trigger signal for starting the defrosting of the cold heat exchanger is received; measuring the temperature of the cold heat exchanger; and dynamically adjusting, according to the temperature of the cold heat exchanger, the value of the reverse voltage inputted to the semiconductor refrigeration sheet, so that the power consumption is reduced while the defrosting requirement of the cold heat exchanger is satisfied.
