Abstract:
A refrigerating and freezing device and a control method therefor. The refrigerating and freezing device (1) comprises a box body (10), wherein a refrigerating compartment (11) and a freezing compartment (12) for storing articles, and a ripening compartment (13) for allowing an article to be cooked to be ripened therein are defined in the box body (10); the ripening compartment (13) has a ripening air supply port (131) allowing an external airflow to flow therein and a ripening air outlet (132) allowing the airflow therein to flow out; and the ripening air supply port (131) is selectively communicated with the refrigerating compartment (11) and/or the freezing compartment (12). The refrigerating and freezing device (1) further comprises an internal circulation fan (23) configured to controllably cause the airflow within the ripening compartment (13) to circulate through the surface of the said article. The device not only enriches the function of the refrigerating and freezing device (1), but also ensures that the ripening compartment (13) always has proper temperature, an appropriate humidity and continuous air supply, ensuring the ripening environment of said article and improving the ripening efficiency and the ripening effect of said article.
