Abstract:
This refrigeration and air-conditioning device comprises: an outdoor unit having a compressor and an outdoor heat exchanger; a plurality of indoor units each having an indoor expansion valve and an indoor heat exchanger; a relay unit connected between the outdoor unit and the indoor units and having a plurality of three-way valves that are provided corresponding to the number of the indoor units so as to switch the flow of refrigerant and adjust the flow rate of the passing refrigerant, the relay unit distributing low-temperature refrigerant to an indoor unit that performs cooling operation and high-temperature refrigerant to an indoor unit that performs heating operation; and a control device that controls the switching and opening degree of the three-way valves. The indoor units each have an indoor-side pressure sensor that detects the indoor-side pressure, which is the pressure of the refrigerant passing through the indoor heat exchanger. The control device controls the opening degree of the corresponding three-way valve to adjust the flow rate of the passing refrigerant on the basis of the indoor-side pressure of the indoor unit that performs the cooling operation.
